What does your Outsourced Paraplanning Service include?

Our service includes assessing existing plans/policies, fund and provider research, and provider research, and report and suitability letter writing.

What information would you need and how would I provide it?

We can undertake a telephone conversation with you to initially discuss the outlines of the case. A fact find or meeting notes can be emailed or uploaded to dropbox, together with any policy information from the providers you may have (i.e. fund values, charges, projections etc). We can provide a template letter which you can send to providers with your Letters of Authority outlining the information we need to do our job. If we require further information from a provider we will let you know, or we can contact them on your behalf for a small charge.

Is the information I send to you secure?

We will ensure that all data and information received from you is treated in the strictest confidentiality. We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.

How are reports sent to me?

Reports are either uploaded to dropbox or sent by email in a word document that you can edit.

Who is responsible for the advice given?

Advice given to your client is your responsibility and is covered under your own indemnity insurance. Absolute Paraplanning is not authorised or regulated to give advice.

How do you charge for your services?

We charge at a flat fee per case according to the type of advice, billed to you on a monthly basis. Any additional services, such as ad-hoc telephone calls to providers, are billed on an hourly rate on a monthly basis. No retainers, no upfront costs. Our fees are subject to VAT.
