Paraplanning Services

FAQ

What does your Outsourced Paraplanning Service include?

Our service includes research and analysis on new and existing products, providers and funds, bespoke suitability reports with supporting documents, and annual review letters.

What information would you need?

A single page ‘paraplanning request form’ can be completed and sent together with supporting documents (policy information, factfind, risk profile). We can provide a template letter which you can send to providers with your Letters of Authority outlining the information we need to do our job. If we require further information from a provider, we will let you know, or we can contact them on your behalf for a small charge.

How do we share information?

Cases can either uploaded to MS Teams, dropbox or sent by email which can be encrypted via Mailock® secure email. Suitability Reports are always in a word document that you are free to edit.

Who is responsible for the advice given?

Advice given to your client is your responsibility and is covered under your own indemnity insurance. Absolute Paraplanning is not authorised or regulated to give advice.

How do you charge for your services?

We charge at a flat fee per case according to the type of advice, billed to you on a monthly basis. Any additional services, such as ad-hoc telephone calls to providers, are billed on an hourly rate on a monthly basis. No retainers, no upfront costs. Our fees are subject to VAT.
